The session with the sensei was not only a great opportunity to learn the basics of Eastern martial arts, but also to push beyond my own limits. Everything was explained in a clear and engaging way, and having the chance to put the new skills into practice was an amazing experience. Daichi and Makoto were great instructors! They did great explaining and sharing their knowledge of Kendo. The entire activity was great, from learning the basics and history of Kendo to practicing with the practice swords. The photos and videos were nice and they didn't feel intrusive during the lessons.  Verified Brilliant kendo intro for a first-timer Very good kendo introduction in 2 h and in the end you could challenge the sensei with genuine kendo armor.
