Step 1 | Open the booking calendar
Go to the Kendo Spirit reservation calendar.
Step 2 | Change the number of participants to 8
When you select 8 participants, some dates will appear in red and cannot be selected.
These dates already have bookings and cannot be made private.
Choose a date that is still selectable with 8 participants.
Step 3 | Change the number back to your group size
Once you find an available date, change the number of participants back to your actual group size.
Step 4 | Tap “Checkout”
Confirm the date and number, then tap Checkout.
Step 5 | Enter your contact details
Fill in the Contact details and tap Continue.
Step 6 | Add the private session option
You will now see Add to your experience.
Select Exclusive Private Session.
Tap Continue and complete your payment.
Once this option is added, the session becomes fully private and no other guests can book it.
Important:
Even though the system allows adding one per person,
you must add only ONE, no matter how many people are in your group.
